What data we keep

Who has access to the data
Your data stays with us. However, we are supported by vetted processors who may only handle it according to our instructions:
- web hosting and e-mail provider,
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics, Google Fonts) – analytics only with your consent,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Meta Pixel / Facebook) – only with your consent,
- providers of website libraries (Cloudflare/unpkg/Tailwind CDN), who technically see your IP address,
- accountants and tax advisers, or public authorities where required by law.
Some processors may transfer data outside the EU (USA); this is done on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Access
Find out what data we process about you and get a copy of it.
Rectification
Have inaccurate data corrected or completed.
Erasure
Ask us to delete data we no longer need or for which you have withdrawn consent.
Restriction
Ask for processing to be temporarily restricted.
Portability
Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Objection
Object to processing based on legitimate interest and to direct marketing.
Withdrawal of consent
Withdraw consent to cookies or the newsletter at any time, without affecting prior processing.
Complaint
Contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or a court.
